Hi, and Welcome to Nurse Nick!I am a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Nursing from Central Queensland University. With a diverse clinical background encompassing rehabilitation, medical/surgical wards, mental health, and various critical care settings, including ICU, Emergency, and Perioperative (Perianaesthesia), I have established a strong foundation in healthcare.
Currently engaged in a casual clinical role, I have transitioned into a new phase of my career. I am now employed in the University sector as a Lecturer & Third Year Bachelor of Nursing Coordinator. Alongside this, I am actively pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), focusing on the examination of pedagogical practices within Transition to Practice programs. I am dedicated to both clinical practice and shaping the future of nursing through my commitment to education. |
